Participant Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If a participant wishes to withdraw their review and opt out of the campaign after submission, they may do so by contacting our customer service. However, once the review has been submitted and the reward has been issued, cancellation will not be possible.
If a participant wishes to reschedule the usage of their reward, they may do so once, provided they give us at least 48 hours notice prior to the originally scheduled date. Rescheduling requests received less than this period will not be accommodated. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and contact will be made via email at info@spacef2.com.
Reward Cancellation: Once a reward has been redeemed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or rescheduled more than once. The reward is not exchangeable or refundable.
Campaign Cancellation by the Company: We reserve the right to cancel the campaign, in part or in full, at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control. In such cases, we will make an announcement on our website and/or via email, and we will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by participants due to the cancellation.
Cancellation Due to Fraud or Misuse: We reserve the right to cancel a participant's reward if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or misuse of the campaign guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple submissions from the same individual or providing false or misleading information in the review.
By participating in the campaign, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. Any violations may lead to disqualification from the campaign and forfeiture of any rewards.
