1. Eligibility:
The discount offer is open to all clients who make a booking for a minimum of 4 hours. The discount cannot be applied to bookings of less than 4 hours duration.
2. Discount Application:
The 30% discount is applicable only to the booking fee. This discount does not apply to any additional costs such as extra services, materials, or taxes.
3. Offer Period:
The offer is available for bookings made within the specified offer period. The exact dates of the offer period will be communicated to clients through appropriate channels (email confirmation) Bookings made before or after the offer period will not qualify for the discount.
4. Discount Limitations:
The discount is limited to one booking per client during the offer period. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. The discount cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for previous bookings.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling:
If a client cancels their booking, the 30% discount will be voided and submission less than 24 hours before the event start time is NON-REFUNDABLE. A client can reschedule their booking only once and this rescheduling should be done at least 48 hours prior to the originally booked time slot.
If a client requests a refund for a discounted booking, only the actual amount paid by the client will be considered for the refund. No refund will be given if cancellation happens within 24 hours of the booking.
6. Change of Booking:
If a client changes their booking from a 4 hour slot to a less than 4 hour slot, the discount will no longer apply. If a client changes their booking to a longer time slot, the 30% discount will only apply to the first 4 hours.
7. Company Rights:
Spacef2 Studios reserves the right to modify or terminate the discount offer at any time without prior notice, due to operational, business, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By making a booking with Spacef2 Studios during the offer period, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. It is the client's responsibility to read these terms and conditions before making a booking.
